Twi and Sonata’s bond is really strong, alike pets and their owner.
Bat Queen gave Sonata to Twi when Bat Queen knows Twi doesnt have magic. Twi born without any magic, Twi’s parents abandoned her because Twilight doesn’t have magic like common witches in Boiling Isles. Bat Queen decided to gives Sonata to Twi with one rule that Twi have to uses Sonata in right way not in wrong way (there’s a reason Bat Queen saying this to Twilight)
